Movinnov works only on bicycles of the Gocycle and Stajvelo brands.

In the event of a technical problem, we invite you to contact us for a diagnosis.

At the end of the diagnosis, we will consider on estimate the type of intervention:

6. return of your bike to the manufacturer.

1. The Remote Diagnosis will determine if the intervention is under warranty or not. The diagnosis is a Movinnov service independent of the manufacturer's warranty. The Diagnosis is free and requires an online order at 0€ upstream by validating this service and attaching in comments: the Gocycle model, its serial number, the mileage of the bike, a video of the issue. Once this service has been ordered, we will contact you by WhatsApp from +33616114444. After determining the type of intervention, Movinnov creates an intervention ticket with the manufacturer and a new order will be necessary by selecting one or more of the following services:

2. The Service is recommended by the manufacturer. The overhaul operation makes it possible to ensure that the bike is working properly, to check the essential parts, including safety ones, and to maintain the manufacturer's warranty coverage. These high-end Stajvelo and Gocycle bikes are designed by engineers and assembled with technological materials. A bicycle contains more than 1000 parts of different materials and from different origins. The choice of screws, for example, is not due to chance and the tightening pressure must be respected. Do not tinker with your Stajvelo or Gocycle. The overhaul is carried out in the Movinnov workshops. Revision is chargeable. It is recommended every year or every 1000 km. Before each use of your bicycle, check the safety devices.

Our review includes checking

- pads, to be changed approximately every 3000 km depending on use.

- discs, to be changed approximately every 6000 km depending on wear.

- cable for the gear ratios of the Gocycle GS GX and G4, to be changed approximately every year

- the chain, to be checked every year. to be changed approximately every 3000 km,

- the hydraulic brake system, to be changed every year, or at least every 3000 km.

- the engine, to be checked every year,

- possible cracks on the carbon, magnesium and aluminum components

3. remote intervention by Movinnov. By appointment, we guide you in the intervention, provide you with .pdf or video materials. We use WhatsApp to communicate. Time granted in 30 minute increments. Any 30' segment started is due.

4. Intervention at your home or place of work. By appointment, Movinnov will come to your location and intervene on site or by collecting the vehicle for intervention on site. Estimate** and additional mileage costs*

5. intervention in the workshops of Movinnov. By appointment, Movinnov collects the bike and takes it for an intervention in its repair workshops. At the end of the intervention, Movinnov returns the bike to you at the initial collection point. Our technical intervention sites are located in Paris, Marseille, Nantes, Cannes, Golf Juan for Stajvelo. Estimate** and additional mileage costs*

6. returning your bike to the manufacturer Movinnov collects your bike and returns it to the manufacturer. In Amsterdam for Gocycle and in Monaco for Stajvelo. This service requires significant logistics to provide the original box, storage of accessories, return with the carrier, follow-up with the manufacturer and recovery after intervention and finally your return. All transport and logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer. In certain warranty cases, the manufacturers pay for the transport. You can take care of the logistics as soon as you prepare the bike in its original box.

IF the intervention responds to current operations, a spare parts and labor estimate has been sent to you. We also cover the interventions of current operations under manufacturer's warranty.
